RIGHT IS NOT FREEDOM

In the Name of Allāh.

The fact is, there is no compulsion in life. You have choices – do as you like regarding religion, ideology, lifestyle, dressing, etc. Yes! You have the right to accept the truth (submit, determine and govern your life in the right way) or just decide to be rebellious and give no damn. Beautifully, it’s Allāh that first gives that right (before the so-called human rights activists). Allāh says (in Surah Al-Kahf [18] verse 29): “And say: ‘The truth is from your Lord.’ Then, whosoever wills, let him believe, and whosoever wills, let him disbelieve.”

However, that Allāh gives the right to live freely does not mean freedom (to transgress the set limits of Allāh). No! What ends the decision to disbelief? Allāh says (in Surah Al-Baqarah [2] verse 39): “But those who disbelieve and belie our Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) such are the dwellers of the Fire, they shall abide therein forever.”

I beseech Allāh to save us from His Torments. (Aameen)
