Fajr Reminder

…nourishing the soul.

ABOUT THE WRITER

Umm Affān

I am a striving Muslimah committed to living a purposeful life rooted in faith, service, and continuous growth. As a devoted wife and nurturing mother, I balance the demands of family life with a fulfilling professional journey that spans multiple impactful roles.

By Allah’s grace, I am a trained writer, trainer, and Public Relations (PR) practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Language Arts and a Diploma (degree equivalent) in Public Relations. These academic foundations have equipped me with a strong voice and the ability to shape narratives, craft compelling messages, and train others in effective communication, both in personal and public spheres.

Beyond communication, I am deeply passionate about holistic health and wellness. I practice as a Hijama (cupping) therapist, integrating the sunnah-based healing practice into modern therapeutic routines. I am also a certified practitioner of Herbal and Islamic Medicine, offering natural and faith-aligned remedies to those seeking alternative healing paths.
